Mindwaves Jailed For Assault, Anti-Mindwaves Movement Grows
All fourteen people who regularly tune into Mindwaves streams have been wondering what the absent streamer has been up to. Mindwaves has been promising to stream and maintain a consistent schedule for weeks and thus far the promise is as empty as Stardust’s head. Mindwaves was again supposed to stream last night but cancelled last minute. One of his viewers took to twitter and aired the following grievance: “I was really looking forward to the Mindwaves stream tonight. I’m currently going through chemotherapy and as disappointing as it is to have cancer I’m more disappointed that my favorite streamer takes my sub money and doesn’t even show up.”
It turns out that Mindwaves might have an excuse for not streaming last night, albeit not a good one. Public criminal records and a police report indicate that Mindwaves was jailed overnight for assaulting a minor. From the police report itself:
The suspect in question was found kicking a 16-year old in the ribs as the victim was on the ground, shielding his head. The attacker was foaming at the mouth and repeatedly screaming “YOU ARE NOT XENOGENDER.”

The Anti-Mindwaves movement is reaching critical mass. Between neglected cancer patients and minors with broken ribs, Mindwaves is facing intense opposition. Two prominent movers and shakers in Twitchpol, Danabo & Mr. Geek, are also starting to protest Mindwaves (the man and the idea). Leveraging their immense power and influence, Mindwaves will most likely be blacklisted from every panel for the foreseeable future. Stardust has instructed two of the call centers she owns in India to spam call Mindwaves 24/7. The war is on.
This is a developing story. It is unclear what Mindwaves will be charged with and when he will be due back in court. Rumors at this time indicate that his bail was paid by Destiny and the victim was also paid off. BNN will report back as we learn more.
