Midterm Elections Need To Be Paused

We enter 2026 as a country artificially divided. Democrat rhetoric has inflamed thousands of mostly paid protestors and is causing unrest and death in Minnesota. ICE’s mission to deport violent illegals is being impeded by Woke Leftists who want this country to burn. Somalis are scamming with impunity.
On top of all of this, America is facing threats from external actors such as Iran, Russia, and now the EU as we move to peacefully annex Greenland for the benefit of the entire world. We simply cannot hold elections under these circumstances. Much like Ukraine paused elections, so must the United States. If we had enough time to ensure safe and free elections by all means they should move forward but Democrats have also impeded that effort so they can manipulate the results in their favor once again.
And while we pause elections we need to restrict voting for 2028 in the following ways:
- Voter ID required. It just makes sense people.
- Only net tax contributors can vote. If you have been a tax burden on the state for 3 of the last 5 years or more, you lose your right to vote. This makes sense on a number of levels. Incentivizes people from not being leeches and will move this country forward.
- Must be over 21 and under 80. Might be controversial but you have no clue what you are talking about at 18 and you are on your way out if you are over 80.
- Have assets of over $500k. Ideally we make this a net worth type qualification but for now we will settle for proof of assets over $500k, crypto excluded.
Pausing midterms while America is facing these threats makes perfect sense, even more so if we take advantage of the pause to implement these common sense voting reforms. Together we will emerge from this temporary pause as a stronger, safer, more unified America!
